I was told Kubota was thinking about coming out with a small backhoe for the BX seires. Does anyone have any information about this? Is it true?

Have not heard of that rumor, nor have I of anyone who has used any other small backhoe on the BX. (There are other manufactures, like Bush Hog who make small units). A backhoe is on my future wish list, and I too would be interested. I really don't want to be the first to try some other manufactures un-BX tested unit, because of warnings like this one ….

I stopped at a dealer Thursday, and the mechanic was putting a three point hitch backhoe on a BX2200. He had so many inquiries about them that he is putting one on for display. Next time I stop I may see how it works.

I have sold a kelley backhoe on a bx2200.

our dealership. I took the tractor in so they could
get mount kit designed for it. call me at 1 800 447 4141
if interested in one. ask for CHUCK . ....

Chuck; A couple of questions. What are the specifications (bucket size, digging depth, reach)? Is it owner setup-able? Do you ship? And, if so, what is the ballpark price (recognizing that shipping cost is mileage dependent)? Thanks. ....
